Pineapple, Cucumber and Spinach Smoothie
Pineapple contains high amounts of beta-carotene which can help with respiratory issues such as asthma and supports eye health. ½ cup fresh, small pieces
Cucumber – helps relieve dehydration and has 22% of your RDA of vitamin K: 1 cup small pieces.
Spinach – rich in iron, vitamin C & E, potassium, and magnesium. 1 cup
Mixed with Almond Milk – 1 cup unsweetened almond mile is only 37 calories with 422mg of calcium.
Mix in your magic bullet until smooth. If you want it to be a little sweeter try adding a Tablespoon of agave syrup.
